CAUTION:
DO NOT take Dry Run Road or Scotts Hill Road which are gravel, narrow, and include 180 degree switchbacks that cannot accommodate trailer rigs.
ROAD CLOSURE:
SR62 is closed starting 7/21/2026 to repair road due to mudslide between SR462 (O'Bannon Woods turn) and Wyandotte Cave Road. Only access Come Again Horse Camp using SR62 through Leavenworth. Take Carefree exit off I64. Go south on SR66. Turn east on SR 62 going through Leavenworth, Then turn left on Wyandotte Cave Road. Do NOT take other routes with trailer rigs that are given in mapping apps or you may be calling a very big tow truck.

Various map apps may direct you to narrow gravel roads and aggressive switch backs,
so the following directions are recommended for the primary routes to Come Again Horse Camp!
ONLY use routes that go through either Corydon or Leavenworth turning onto Wyandotte Cave Road from SR 62
or you may be calling a tow truck to retrieve your rig.
From Louisville, Kentucky via I-64: I-64W, cross the Sherman Minton Bridge (no tolls) into Indiana. Go 22.25 miles and take Exit 105, toward Corydon/Palmyra. Turn right (south) onto SR-135. Go 1.83 miles and turn right onto SR-62 (4th traffic light). Go 9.72 miles and turn right onto Wyandotte Cave Road (at Come Again Horse Camp sign). Go 2 miles up the hill, caution on the curves, and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From south of Louisville, Kentucky via I-65: I-65 N to cross the Lincoln Bridge (tolls by photo; bill mailed to license plate address) into Indiana. Go 7 miles and take Exit 6B onto I-265 W. Go 6.6 miles, get into right lane and take Exit 0 toward St Louis. Go 16.42 miles and take EXIT 105, toward Corydon/Palmyra. Turn right (south) onto SR-135. Go 1.83 miles and turn right onto SR-62 (4th traffic light). Go 9.72 miles and turn right onto Wyandotte Cave Road (at Come Again Horse Camp sign). Go 2 miles up the hill, caution on the curves, and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From Lexington, Kentucky via I-64: I-64W to Louisville, merge onto I-265 N via EXIT 19B to cross the Lewis-Clark Bridge (tolls by photo; bill mailed to license plate address) into Indiana. Go 26 miles, get into right lane and take Exit 0 toward St Louis. Go 16.42 miles and take EXIT 105, toward Corydon/Palmyra. Turn right (south) onto SR-135. Go 1.83 miles and turn right onto SR-62 (4th traffic light). Go 9.72 miles and turn right onto Wyandotte Cave Road (at Come Again Horse Camp sign). Go 2 miles, up the hill and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From Brandenburg, Kentucky: Bypass Rd/KY-1051. Bypass Rd becomes Indiana SR-135 across the Matthew Welsh Bridge in Indiana. Go 15.38 miles and turn left onto SR-62 (first traffic light). Go 9.72 miles and turn right onto Wyandotte Cave Road (at Come Again Horse Camp sign). Go 2 miles up the hill, caution on the curves, and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From Corydon, Indiana: From SR-135, go west on SR-62 toward O-Bannon Woods State Park and Leavenworth, Indiana for 9.72 miles and turn right onto Wyandotte Cave Road (at Come Again Horse Camp sign). Go 2 miles up the hill, caution on the curves, and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From Evansville, Indiana: Go North on I-69. Take Exit 21A to go East on I-64 toward Louisville. Take EXIT 92. Turn right (south) onto SR-66, past Pilot Truck Stop. Go south, bearing left to stay on SR-66. Turn left onto SR-62. Go 5.4 miles and turn left onto Wyandotte Cave Road. Go 2 miles up the hill, caution on the curves, and Come Again Horse Camp is on the right.
From Indianapolis, Indiana: Go South on I-65 toward Louisville. Take Exit 6B onto I-265W. Go 6.6 miles, get into right lane, and take Exit 0 toward St Louis.
